We have been maintaining it for decades and refurbished it to modernize the bathrooms and the roof while keeping the Ottoman style.

Bars, Restaurants, Harbour, Town Beach Clubs, Shops are all in walking distance. You do not need to queue up for taxis or walk up a steep hill, especially after dinner.

We provide complementary Wi-Fi, utilities such as AC, water, electricity etc.

Due to the location, Customs House Properties have seldom water shortage and we recently installed huge water tank in case of shortage which we did not experience although many areas suffered some seasons.

Four apartments with different sizes from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms which can be combined for larger groups to holiday together at neighbouring apartments at the same Mansion still retaining its own privacy.

Due to global warming, the temperatures rise but you would be feeling cooler inside the house than other places as it was constructed with rocks and stones. As the first building on the beach front, there is always cool breeze which is very nice and pleasant.
